A memo to employee parkers

Memo

To: MSP Employee Parker Representatives

From: MAC Landside Operations - MSP Employee Parking

Date: 5/15/13

Re: ZipPass Policy Enforcement

Recent observations show a number of ZipPass users are abusing their employee parking privileges by parking in non-designated areas, not mounting their ZipPass or not having a current expiration decal displayed.

The traveling public must quickly locate parking stalls on levels one through four of Terminal 2-Humphrey ramps to make their flights. Landside Operations and ABM Parking Management will begin compliance checks to assure this happens.

Compliance checks will verify that ZipPasses are mounted correctly, current expiration decals are displayed and vehicles are parked only in assigned areas.

Violations of these policies will result in the ZipPass being deactivated. Employees must have their Parking Representative contact the Landside Office regarding the violation. A $20 activation fee will be charged for each replacement ZipPass requested.

Parking fees resulting from a ZipPass deactivation are the responsibility of the parker.

Please contact us should you have any questions.

Thank you in advance for reminding your employees to mount their ZipPass, park only in their assigned area and place their expiration decal properly.
