MSP Airport Now Advertising for Part-time, Provisional Position in the Information and Paging Office

The Metropolitan Airports Commission welcomes applications for a Customer Information Assistant (Provisional) position.  Utilizing multiple and varied resources, this position serves as a primary point of contact and source of information for general airport inquiries from both internal and external customers via telephone. Utilizes proprietary hardware and software to make public address pages and answer public inquiries. Also serves as the front desk receptionist for the airport administration office at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, including providing administrative support duties. Involves extensive daily interaction with the public, both on the phone and in person. Requires extensive airport operations knowledge, conflict and problem resolution skills, as well as being able to clearly enunciate and record audio pages in English. Superior customer service and administrative skills a must. Must be able to work flexible hours within a 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday timeframe.  Scheduled hours will be between 10-20 hours per week and could include evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Please note, the number of hours worked per month may vary (i.e. Some months may require 30 hours while other months may require 60 hours worked).To view the job posting and/or apply online, click on the link below. Customer Information Assistant Questions regarding this posting may be directed to Lori Holt at 612-725-6116 or lori.holt@mspmac.org
