Tram level escalator now reversed

In an effort to get our customers to the correct ticketing counter quicker, one of the left tram level escalators has been reversed. Early this morning, the escalator that previously brought people from the ticketing level down to the tram level has been reversed to increase capacity for arriving passengers.

There is a sign in place on the tram level that will help direct Delta passengers to the newly reversed left escalator, and all other airline passengers to the right escalator (the previous sole escalator leading up to ticketing).

Signs at the top of the escalators (on ticketing) will reinforce their decision to go right or left. The hope is this will get people on their way more quickly at the top, rather than having them stop to try to figure out which way to turn.

Please help us in communicating these changes to passengers that are in need of assistance as well as your coworkers. Thank you!
