Learn how to assist our customers in an emergency

Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is a unique community that is home to thousands who work here on any given day at any given time.  We have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world throughout the year, whether they are coming, going, or just passing through.  As a community we do our best to provide the best airport experience while these passengers are here.

MSP ACERT – Airport Community Emergency Response Team, is a program that works to enhance our ability to provide the best airport experience even in times of disaster or crisis.  This program is open to all those that work or volunteer in the airport community.  The training teaches how to prepare for unexpected events, how to watch for suspicious behavior, and what to do and where to go should an event demand we evacuate or “shelter-in-place”.

If you are interested in becoming part of this team please contact Brenda Kremer, brenda.kremer@mspmac.org, or Kristi Rollwagen, kristin.rollwagen@mspmac.org, for more information.
