Sebastian Joe’s Ice Cream now open on the E Concourse

Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream, a local favorite with locations around the Twin Cities, is now open on the E Concourse's Food Truck Alley at Terminal 1.

Sebastian Joe's is an independent, family-run scoop shop that features many ice cream flavors, including salty caramel, raspberry chocolate chip, Nicollet Avenue pothole and S. Minneapolis vanilla. Ice cream sandwiches are also available.
