Monday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wednesday 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Badging Office is closed on all MAC-observed holidays.
Fingerprint & Badge
- Fingerprints – $60
- Badge – $30
- Non-Returned / Expired Badge – $200
- Dead File – $10
Once you have been fingerprinted you cannot obtain a concourse pass or be escorted.
Lost or Stolen Replacement Fees
- First Occurence – $100
- Second Occurrence – $150
- Third Occurrence – 30 day suspension
Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Check – Payable to MAC (Metropolitan Airports Commission)
- Direct Billing – Applications can be found in the Badging forms library on www.mymspconnect.com and should be submitted to security@mspmac.org
- Companies with contracts that are less than 3 months will be required to pay for badging services at the time of service
- Cash – We do not accept cash
MSP Airport Badging Office and Aviation Security Division
The Airport Badging Office and Aviation Security Division are administrative divisions of the Airport Police Department. Together, they are responsible for the process of issuing Airport Identification Badges to employees who work and require access to security-sensitive areas of MSP for their official job duties.

Use the kiosk in the Badging Office lobby. You may enter your mobile phone number and receive a text* alert or you may opt for a paper ticket. The last four digits of your mobile phone or ticket number will be called when it’s your turn.
