Concourse Passes
Concourse Passes
Concourse Passes can be requested through your company representative. If you don’t know who that is in your company, check with your manager or supervisor. Here are some rules about Concourse Passes:
A Concourse Pass will not be provided to:
- Any person that has forgotten or lost their MSP badge.
- Any person who has an expired MSP badge.
- Any person that is in the process of obtaining a badge (have been fingerprinted, but have not received their badge).
Any person picking up a Concourse Pass must provide a valid, government issued, photo identification. A driver’s license is the most common form of identification accepted.
A Concourse Pass can be picked up from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., 365 days a year, at the Departures level information booth directly in front of the Aurora sculpture.
- The security checks require a customer to provide his/her full first, middle, last name, gender and date of birth as it appears on their identification.
- A Concourse Pass is valid for 24-hours and can be used several times throughout the day, ending 24-hours after the date and time on the Concourse Pass.
Exceptions
- At least 30 minutes prior to the start of a public meeting or public hearing inside the security checkpoints, the customer needs to appear at the Departures level information booth directly in front of the Aurora sculpture at Terminal 1 with their valid, government issued, photo identification and state which meeting they plan to attend.
