Isabella Rhawie earns ACI-NA ‘airport professional’ designation
Isabella Rhawie, assistant director of Concessions & Business Development for the Commercial Management & Airline Affairs Department, was recognized last week for completing the inaugural U.S. Airport Professional (USAP) e-learning program operated by Airports Council International–North America (ACI-NA).
Isabella was one of several airport professionals from throughout the U.S. to be recognized during the recent ACI-NA Annual Conference & Exhibition in Minneapolis.
The USAP program, which was launched earlier this year, covers a wide range of airport management topics including leadership development, business strategy, commercial management, finance, operations, safety, security and air service.
Isabella joined the MAC in 2014 and played a leading role in the wholesale makeover of MSP Airport concessions that began in 2015, as well as helping steer MSP Airport's concessions program through the COVID-19 pandemic.
In December 2020, Isabella was selected as a "Top 40 Under 40" leader by Airport Business magazine.
