MSP Creates showcases airport community’s artistic talents

MSP Airport employees, families and community members celebrated the opening reception and announcement of award winners for the MSP Creates exhibition this week. 

The 14th annual exhibition in the Concourse C Art Gallery features 179 creative works from 116 MSP employees, volunteers, retirees and their family members. At the Tuesday evening ceremony, 27 prizes were awarded in professional, intermediate, amateur, teen and youth categories. 

The art show is coordinated by Arts@MSP, a program of the Airport Foundation MSP, and co-sponsored by the National Arts Program, which provides materials and funding for the exhibit.
