New offers and events available at MSP Airport

The MAC partnered with MSP Airport concessionaires this month to introduce publicly available offers to MSP passengers. 

Travelers can opt-in to Insider Offers to receive personalized perks and entertainment near their gate. Promoted via MSP public’s Wi-Fi network and in-terminal signage, the program aims to encourage MSP passengers to explore the airport by providing relevant and timely deals and events.  

Customers are already reporting high satisfaction, with 75% saying that the offers improved their overall airport experience. And airport partners are also seeing the benefits with incremental sales growth — two-thirds of customers left their gate to shop or dine after receiving a personalized message.
